WHY APPLY?

NEAN is a gathering of bright students from Northeast Asia meet to share each other’s academic and cultural views during a very intensive program. The forum is exclusively for excelling students with a great potential to become the future leaders of tomorrow. Participants will have the opportunity to meet and hear from current leaders of the region, as well as experience the unique cultures of Northeast Asia. All delegates will take part in their chosen workshops by listening to lecturers, preparing activities, and finally presenting the activity results in front of all the session members.

NEAN 2010 also places importance on cultural exchange and building a social networking. Through programs such as Gala night, Culture night, City Tour, and Field Trip, delegates will not only learn the true essence of leadership, but also take with them l ifelong memories of interesting cultural experiences and valuable friendships.

 HOW TO APPLY?

Application Procedure

 
1. Read the Application Guideline carefully.
(You can download the Application Guideline in the Quick Link menu)
2. Fill in personal information and the academic background in the Application Form.
3. Write the 2 Essays in the Application Form.
    Refer to the essay questions in the Application Guideline before writing the essays.
4. Fill in the Covenant and the Checkup List for Health Examination.
5. E-mail the completed application form to nean@yonsei.ac.kr Please Make the file name
     and your e-mail title as ‘1st Choice Workshop Session_NAME’
(Example : Politics_Tony Lee)

- The application deadline is December 31, 2009.
- Result for successful applicants will be announced on January 4, 2010.
- Delegate fee is $350(US)
