Keynote Speech

The annual NEAN forum begins with an inspirational Keynote Speech by a prestigious leader of Northeast Asia to celebrate the commencement of the conference. Previous NEAN Keynote Speakers include the late Kim, Dae Joong (former President of the Republic of Korea) and Han, Seung Soo (former Prime Minister, former Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade).

 Diplomatic Round Table

DRT offers an once-in-a-lifetime experience in which delegates are granted a chance to hear hands-on experiences of diplomats concerning the efforts toward Northeast Asian cooperation. NEAN 2009 invited the ambassadors of Korea, India, Indonesia, Germany, Japan, and Russia.
